Ingredients: damsons, sugar, white wine vinegar, spices, blackcurrant leaves.

blackcurrant leaf |
parcel of ginger, lemon rind, cinnamon stick, cloves, |
remove spice parcel, gently put damsons in jar |
add damson syrup and seal. |
